About the event

Health disparities among African-Americans are not news to many, but while the black community focused on the disadvantages of fighting Covid, and continue to battle medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, stroke, cancer, asthma and even influenza; there is one issue we often throw silent whispers at; but needs our immediate attention, and that's sexual health.

Many may not know the black community has been disproportionately affected by HIV, a disease that attacks the immune system and over time, causes the body to struggle fighting off other diseases.  HIV is the disease that causes AIDS

Black Dolla Indy and the Damien Center, the oldest and largest Aids Service Organization in Indiana, are teaming up to to focus on sexual health and HIV prevention.

We hope that you will join us in helping to raise awareness.
